Cody Moya sucks, period. All his stuff is junk, every bit of it. I've read a lot of it and it's all garbage loaded with links to get you to sign up for more garbage.

All the software he gives as bonuses is junk too, crap a 6 year old just learning visual basic could do better at. Stay away from him. He has a lot of little fine print tricks too.

Here's a recent comment made by someone who has been burned by him.

This is a huge scam right now. All kinds of fake testimomials and everything. There's even a bunch of fake comments at the bottom, it's made to looke like a Blog, it's not. All the comments are positive and glowing. Happy faced people making loads of cash.....pffffft.....whatever.

The comments are all fake I can assure you. Also, it says at the bottom that any further comments are disabled due to spam. There are lot's of these exact template sites out there, and they all have the exact same comments at the bottom.....hmmmm.....I smell a scam.

It's a scam. There's no way the average Joe is going to make this kind of money. It's a lie. It takes a seasoned pro months or years to bank this kind of money online. These guys are lying. Stay away. Don't buy into this junk.

The Underdog Wealth System is an affiliate offer page, meaning, that if you download the casino software he tells you to off his site, he gets paid, that's what it is all about, nothing else.

And there's a good chance that anyone who downloads the casino software will upgrade to a paying member because of all the fluff they just read and believed. He makes a lot of money off this, you however will lose your money at the casino silly.

Do you really think that an online casino is going to let you walk away with a few hundred every day?????? Are you really that niave????

The whole things a scam to get you to download the software so he gets paid. If you really want to make money for yourself, instead of him, find something else.

Kevin Trudeau is just one of many scammers in the "Diet Game". Yes he has a dubious criminal past, as do many well known marketers and infomercial people. Desperate people won't care though, they'll buy his books anyway. Why? The same reason people buy into Jenny Craig, or any other diet program. Most people aren't interested in what I just said. They weren't when i was a trainer, and they won't be now. People always have an excuse not to move their fat aging asses. I've heard them all. I'll list a few. I had a lot of clients argue these excuses with me over the years. 90% never lost the weight they wanted to.

1. My medication causes me to gain weight.

2.I have a glandular disorder.

3.There's a "Fat" gene in my family.

What were you doing up at that hour watching that crap? That stuff is geared towards lazy dreamers, people that stay up late snacking and sleeping half the day.

People with a life and goals go to bed at a decent hour so they can get up early and build a life. There's a large part of the population who never buy that infomercial crap because they never see it, they're in bed, resting, for the next days challenges.

If you want to lose weight, eat a little less, and do a little more. Within a year you will have lost an enormous amount. The secrets free, common sense, you don't have to buy it.

Malachy Keenan is an Internet marketer. I read his sales pitch, and it is a pitch, a letter that leads to the same old recycled crap. "ALL THE INTERNET MARKETING STUFF IS THE SAME RECYCLED CRAP". The letter is a lead in to greater things he says, things the Internet Guru's don't want you to know..uh..right.

I grew up around pitchmen, my dad was a great one, and I was a good one too, he could sell ice to an Eskimo, I can spot this scam a mile away.

A few years ago there was, and still is, a fool calling himself the "RICH JERK", I call him the "JERKOFF" for short. Keenan has created a similar character in the "JACKAL", a mysterious stranger who will give you the keys to wealth, who has the information the Internet Guru's so closely guard...uh..right. If you believe any of this crap, I have a lot of ice I'd like to sell you.

Keenans sales letter is amateur at best. His whole letter centers on a mysterious stranger that all the Guru's are asking him about, I'm laughing as I write this, I'm pretty damn sure none of them know Keenan. He's just trying to ripoff the "RICH JERK" by creating a character that is incredibly lame. Keenans other site is malkeenan.com

To be successful at Internet Marketing, you need serious knowledge of SEO, hours and hours to spend sitting at your computer, and a few years before you see a profit, very few make it, there are very few that ever see a six figure income, let alone a seven figure income like his sales letter says.

Looking for and buying information on starting a business online is a lot like going to the Carnival. You know you're not going to win at the games, but you play in the off chance you'll get lucky. It's a crap shoot, and you know it at some level. It's the same as a Casino, the house always wins. Sales letters, Carnivals, and Casino's are all geared to take your money. They are set up in such a way as to psychologically trick you with your own desperate nature, trust me, I know, and I'm not trying to take your money

At the end of his sales pitch, he says in an "Aw Shucks" way, you can buy me a beer if you liked this post.

I'll tell you what, if you follow my advice, keep your money in "Your" pocket, you can buy yourself quite a few beers. Let Malachy Keenan, and all the rest of the so called "Internet Guru's", buy their own damn beers.

If you see an online job or business opportunity posted on a classified site ignore it, it's a scam, they all are, it's spam. Do not reply to it, you just encourage them. Message boards and community sites are plastered with them because some people reply to them. They are crap, not one of them is real. The spam problem has migrated from email to any kind of Blog, community site, classifieds...etc because people are replying to them, don't.

It works the same way with email spam, some people reply. If no one replied they would have stopped long ago....do not reply to any of it, no mater how good to be true it is, or how legitimate it may appear, it's all crap.

Advice for Landlords

Depending what state, or province you're in, there are often times, too many laws protecting tenants. The province of Ontario in Canada comes to mind. Ontario has some of the slackest laws ever, for renters, and the most stringent for Landlords. Some states and provinces are a deadbeat renters paradise. In this post I am going to concentrate on the province of Ontario because I used to live there, and deal with tenants, and it is a great example, and probably the worst place to be a Landlord.

I have personally known two people that sold their rental properties because of all the garbage they had to put up with, by law, from deadbeat renters. Here is some advice in dealing with these people. They say prevention is the best medicine. Follow these rules and you will eliminate 95% of deadbeats and scammers right off.

1. ALWAYS ask for, and check references, thoroughly. Spend some time talking to each reference and asking questions. Often times, a deadbeat renter will give family and friends names as references because they don't actually have any good ones. If you spend some time talking to, and asking questions, you will be able to tell if it is a genuine reference or not. If it is not a genuine reference, go no further with the prospective renter. I can assure you they will end up being a problem at some point in time. Also keep yourself in such a position that you can leave the rental property vacant for a couple of months if you have to, this way you will not be desperate for a renter and make a mistake. If you cannot do this, you should not be in business in the first place. The rental property business is just that, a business.

2. ALWAYS get the last months rent, or security deposit, depending on your province or state. Never negotiate on this. If the person does not have the money it means they are financially unstable. Never feel sorry for them and give in to a hard luck story. We all have our sad stories to tell, they do not belong in the business world. Keep your personal life personal, do not get involved personally with a renter, this is a business, treat it that way and you will go a long ways to protecting yourself. If you find you cannot do this, you should not be in business.
Sticking to this rule will also weed out the potential deadbeat applicants. If you make it known in your ad for the property that the deposit, or last months rent is mandatory, the deadbeats will apply somewhere else. Some of the bolder ones will try anyway, be ready for them.

3. ALWAYS make a renter fill out some kind of application. By law in some provinces and states you can do a credit check on a renter. If you can, do it, it may save you many headaches down the road for the small fee it will cost you. Also, always get some form of I.D. from your renter so you know they are who they say they are. I don't know how many times I've known Landlords to rent without doing this. If they have an extremely bad credit history, stay away from them, it's a warning of things to come, sooner or later.

4. ALWAYS make a renter sign an agreement stating they are the sole occupants and tenants, that the property is rented to them, not whomever else they decide to move in at a later date. I don't know how many times I've seen this happen to a Landlord.

These are just some basic rules, as examples to stick by. I am sure that if you treat it like a business, and devise a set of rules to do business by, you will be better protected in the long run from scammers and deadbeat renters.

In some provinces and states, you cannot, by law, discriminate against smokers, pet owners, and people who have children. You can however, tell prospective tenants, that someone else has already looked at the apartment or property. This gives you the option to turn them down if you discover, upon showing them the property, that they do smoke, have pets, or children. No one can "prove" why you turned them down, just don't tell them why. It is your property after all, you should be able to rent to whom you choose, even if the law says differently.

Remember this, the law only protects scammers and deadbeat renters once they are your tenant. If you weed them out before they become a tenant, they are not your problem, or protected.

If you find yourself in the position of having to deal with a scammer or deadbeat tenant, here are some things to think about.

The main reason scammers get away with so much is because they do not live by a set of rules or moral codes as most decent people do. It's very hard, if not impossible, to beat someone at a game when you are playing by a set of rules and they are cheating. Remember this, they are not smarter than you, they are cheating, period.

Also, immediately start the process of eviction as soon as problems arise, do not wait for the situation to get better or resolve itself, it won't. Depending on your state or province, there are certain legal steps to follow. You do not have to hire a lawyer or agent, you can do it yourself for far less money. One of the problems with hiring a lawyer or agent is that they are in it to make money, it is in their interest to see the whole process drag out, costing you more in the long run. Do it yourself, it will cost less and be resolved quicker.

Be diligent with filing your applications and staying on top of things. I can guarantee you that the deadbeat won't. They also have certain forms to file to fight your eviction, and deadlines. The scammers and deadbeats are lazy by nature, they will miss a deadline or make a mistake, thereby speeding up the process.

I cannot stress enough, the importance of prevention. Follow a set of rules to weed these people out before they become your problem.

Also, do not buy into the whole "I need a lawyer or agent to do the process for me" attitude. Do it yourself. The legal process will be spelled out on your province or states "Landlord and Tenant laws" website. Don't buy their crap, they can't do it any faster or better than you can do it yourself. In a lot of cases they are as bad as the scammers themselves, only they are legal scammers.

Remember, the scammer/deadbeat is lazy, they will screw up. If you stay sharp you can use their own nature against them.

I hear a lot about protecting our kids online and agree. What about our beloved senior citizens though. They get scammed online all the time. They are not stupid, they just aren't web savvy. They grew up in a different generation, a different world that wasn't digital, but more real, where a man was who he said he was. Nowadays in this digital world, all kinds of freaks are misrepresenting themselves and scamming innocent seniors as well as others.

Creating a Website that Makes Money

Good luck, you'll need it. Unless you have a lot of money or a lot of programming and computer experience, plus some unique ideas, I would lay this fantasy to rest. I'll share some things I've learned, in this post.

There are a lot of people online selling lame ebooks and other packages containing money making ideas that are either, out of date, saturated markets, or plain dumb. All of it is just the same old recycled crap anyway. I've seen it all, read most of it, and learned what to stay away from....all of it.

Here's the reality. Successful sites that make money, Facebook, Hot or Not, Myspace....etc, were all started by guys that had a good idea, and could program. A good idea alone is not enough to make it online. A genius of an idea is not enough to make it online. If you have a lot of money to invest, you can hire programmers to bring your great idea to fruition. If you do not, then you're stuck, unless you're 18 years old and have a number of years, and lots of time, to learn to program. If however, you are in your 30's or 40's and married with a family, you're a lost cause in the "Internet Money Game", go get a real job.

I've learned some stuff about creating websites. I know the Internet Gurus make it sound "Oh so easy" Here's the reality.

1. Many bleary eyed nights sitting in front of a computer wondering "What in thee hell" you're doing.

2. Many wasted hours spent surfing porn and useless information while you wait patiently for your hosting companies tech support to get back to you, if they even do.

3. Many more wasted hours spent emailing and on the phone with tech support explaining the problem over and over to different people.

4. Even more time wasted with the tech support of some crappy "Content Management System" you bought. Namely "Siteworkspro" They will just blame any errors on your host, if they even answer your emails. Stay away from these guys, buggy software, no real support. $200 down the drain. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Turns out you can get an even better "Content Management System" free, a number of them are open source and have better support. Here's the link.

Bottom line: All the hype is just that, hype. There are no easy ways to make money, online, or off line. If you are one of those people looking for the easy way to make money, you are a prime target for the "Internet Guru's"

Online Businesses- Reality (vs) Fantasy

If making money online was as easy as the marketing Guru's make it sound, I can assure you we would "all" be doing it. Answer me this: How many people do you actually "know" doing it? None, right? I know a lot of people, I don't know "one" that makes their living online. Like you, I've "heard" of, and "read" about a number, I don't know any and have never met a person who actually knew anyone that made their living online. The evidence would lead me to believe they are few and far between, yet no one talks about this, only the "many" (Whom they don't know) that make lots of money online.

Adsense is really being pushed nowadays. Here's how it works in a nutshell.

1. Build a site offering some kind of free unique content.

2. add your Adsense code to the pages.

3. Promote your site, linking, buying Google Adwords, search engine optimizing, getting traffic etc....

Watch the dollars roll in...lmao...right.

I've had an Adsense account for two years now, the balance is at a hefty $48.64, I get to collect when it hit's a hundred bucks....woohoo, two years from now I'm guessing. Even with heavy traffic, this is a stretch.

The reasons Adsense fails!

1. People are ad blind, they don't like clicking ads. Most of the clicks these ads get are because people were tricked into it. The ads were placed so well in the page that people think they are a link. Other than that, no one clicks them. People will actually go out of their way not to click them.

2. Only crappy little sites have Adsense ads. You don't see any of the major sites with Adsense ads. Why? They look like crap. Any site plastered with Google ads is automatically deemed unprofessional.

The only one making any serious money off of Adsense is Google. They have a millions of fools plastering their crappy little sites with Google ads, and millions more buying Adwords in the hopes that thousands will flock to their site and click all the crappy Adsense ads. Brilliant on Googles part, dumb on everyone else's. I aint no genius, but this one was obvious. Yahoo and others are in on this scam now too. Don't be fool. I have a few of their crappy ads on this site but I certainly don't expect to make any damn money off them.

The Blogging thing is big too. People buy the hype of "Pro Bloggers" making a fortune off the traffic they get, readers clicking ads, spare me please. The only Bloggers making money off their Blogs, and ads, are the ones Blogging about making money Blogging. And they are just a handful, the original ones to start all that "Blogging for money" crap.

My advice on Blogging is this, do it because you like to do it and you like to read your own crap. The reality is that most people could care less what you have to say, and they for sure don't want to come to your Blog and click on crappy little Adsense, or Yahoo ads.

The bottom line: There is no money in Adsense or any advertising I have ever seen...ever, or Blogging for that matter, so don't buy the hype or the crappy packages and ebooks people are selling on it. It's all crap.

The Ewhore Scam

A "Gender Bender" is generally a man, pretending to be a woman, for whatever reason, online. Chat rooms and dating sites have a number, and most of them are scammers. Of the two sexes, men are without a doubt in my mind, the stupidest. Women have far more control over their sexual urges than men, it's a fact, I've seen it proved time and again.

Many of these men pretending to be women, will prey on this very weakness in other men, on dating sites, in chat rooms, and other social sites. Who knows the mind of a man better than another man? Especially a male scammer.

I knew a guy some years ago who made a lot of money pretending to be a woman online. He had packages arriving all the time, money orders, you name it, all for telling a guy what he wanted to hear, and promising a meeting.....for the purpose of romance of course....or if the truth be known, sex. Most men will do anything to get laid, especially by a woman out of their league in the looks department. This scammer had a bunch of guys believing he was a very good looking 23 year old blond. Of course guys wanted to cam with this hot little blond. He'd tell them he didn't have a cam, they would believe it. They wanted to talk to this hot little blond on the phone. (She-He) would tell them she was in a bad relationship and didn't dare get caught talking on the phone. They would understand of course....being the nice guys they were.

Of course they wanted to rescue her from this evil relationship, a year later, and several thousand richer, (She-He) was laughing all the way to the bank.

50% of all men scammed by women online, are scammed by men, posing as women, it's a fact. This post on the subject is brief, I could write an entire expose on the subject, but you get the point, so I'll keep it short.

Here's a simple little piece of advice to all you love struck fools communicating with a "Too hot for you" chick online. If she won't cam, and she won't talk on the phone, "SHE" IS A "HE!"

"Work at home scams" advertised on T.V.

If you have enough money, you can advertise on T.V. You can be the biggest douche bag company going and it won't matter, they will broadcast your commercials. You may have seen the commercials advertising web sites that have "Work at home" packages. Every couple of months the web site address changes, why?

One of the newest ones is www.234crazyfox.com, I'm not going to link it because they are not worth my effort. Anyway, they are a front for "Herbalife". So a few hundred thousand people see their advertisement, believe the bullshit, go to their site for free info which ends up costing them $9.95, plus their personal info, just to find out they are actually "Herbalife".

Once they are found out by enough people, they get a new company name, domain name, and advertise all over again until people find out who they are....on and on it goes. Every few months I see a new website advertising "Work at home" info. They are all the same handful of companies.

I've said it before, I'll say it again, "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A WORK AT HOME JOB OR BUSINESS!" Not that you can find online anyway. They are all scams, everyone. They all work on the human desperation/laziness factor. A lot of people want something for nothing, very low cost, or easy.

These companies play a numbers game. They know that a multitude of desperate fish will take the bate and pay them the small fee, they rake in millions a year.

The "Work at home in your underwear" idea, is a myth, period. Anything and everything you see promoting this idea, is a scam, there is no such thing.

419 Scam (Nigerian Scam)

This 419 Scam is one of the oldest scams online, and still going. Why? People are idiots...simple.

If you have been scammed by these 419 people, you are a class "A" idiot, and I have no sympathy for you. This scam works purely on greed, and on involving oneself in illegal activity. That's why no Government will help the idiots that get sucked into this one, and they are idiots....not victims like in other scams, though they try to paint themselves as victims.

This scam requires a person to attempt something illegal against another countries Government. As a result, these idiots get no help from their own Government, or bank, because they can't help.

So you get an email from Prince Abdulah Haballa, he found your email address and decided to trust "you" (of all people) with all his money he is trying to get out of the country and away from his evil Government....and some people believe this crap?

Are they on glue? Maybe their parents dropped them on their head, or they were just born brain damaged. I don't know what's wrong with the people that fall for this one, and I've actually met two people that did lose their money in this scam...no sympathy though...and they cried when no one could help them.

Utility Fraud

Again, no I.D. required for most utility companies. Just a simple phone call, a name, and a social insurance/security number that is in sequence , what I mean by that is it has to add up, there's an algorithm to social insurance/security numbers. The numbers in your social security/insurance number have a special pattern to them.

When you move to a new place and get the utilities hooked up they ask for your name, date of birth, and your social security/insurance number, that's it. They can't actually check the number to see if it's yours, they can only type it into a special program that tells them if it is a valid number, meaning...does the number add up, the algorithm. The program tells them if it is a real number or not, not who it belongs to.

You can use any name you want, they don't even ask you to fax a copy of your lease, no I.D. required, you can make up any name you want. Then it is simply a matter of changing the last three numbers in your own social security/insurance number, and that's it.

There are a number of java scripts online that will help you to do this, it's crazy but it's true.

Identity Theft : Identity Fraud

You don't have to show a single piece of I.D. to get a credit card. As a matter of fact, you can get one in another persons name with just a wee bit of information, no I.D. required. It's so easy in fact, most people don't believe me when I tell them how easy it is.

If I have your full name, your current address, (Which I will use as the last address, pretending I'm you, and that I've moved), your place of work, I can apply for a credit card in your name....and get it, I don't even require your social insurance number, just your birth date. I am not required by the credit card companies to show one shred of I.D. And they cry about all the credit card fraud....duh.

Their internal security is a joke, run by numbskull's. They have educated, administrative, idiots running it. Do you think they would ever hire guys like me to run it? Guys that know the ins and outs of scamming, guys that could set up an actual system whereby people wouldn't get ripped off every day. Not a chance, I've applied, didn't qualify for the job.

Most people are under the mistaken impression that fraudsters need to have actual documents in order to impersonate them, this is not the case, especially in this age of the Internet.

All credit card companies now have online forms, it's just a simple matter of having some basic information belonging to someone else, then a scammer can apply for credit in that persons name.

A lot of other institutions also have online forms now, so identity theft will only get worse, we need a new system, designed by scammers to stop scammers, it's the only way.

Why do you think the F.B.I. hires hackers?

Check your credit report a few times a year, you never know what's on there until you look.

People Susceptible to Online Scams

Contrary to popular belief, people who get bilked out of their money by money making scams online are not stupid, well, some are. A majority are just in a financial pinch, they're in a jam, their imagination go's into overdrive and they do something desperate, they buy some ebook off a guy that's filled with crap.

They do realize this soon enough and chalk it up to a bad experience, that's how these guys make money, off your bad experience, that's the scam, they don't make anyone else money.

Let me ask you a question, and answer it honestly.

How many people do you personally know that make serious money online?

Not one huh?

I rest my case.

My advice is this-Save your fifty bucks, take a good hard look at your life and why you are in a financial fix.....be honest with yourself, then fix it or find another way around it that won't put you in the hole any deeper than you are.

More like the "Rich Jerkoff". His ebook is crap, I've read it....pure crap. Beware other pages reviewing it also, they are just affiliates, they are not real reviews. I read a bunch of them and they all give a good review and then give you a link to buy his crap ebook so they will get a percentage.

Beware also the bad reviews, they all give a link to some other crap product enticing you to make easy money online. THERE IS NO EASY MONEY ONLINE.

I haven't found one single honest review on the "Rich Jerk", just affiliates trying to make a second hand buck. My advice.....STAY AWAY.... from the rich jerk, and anyone who writes about him except me, I get nothing, I have no affiliation with him or any other "Make easy money online" jerkoff.

All ebooks and programs I've come across about making it online are pretty much the same old crap.....recycled....from one jerkoff to another, they all say the same crap over and over, I'll summarize it below.

(Build a website, if you can't, just order one from me for xxxx amount of dollars. Sign up for google adwords and put up ad's for my product, I'll give you xxxx amount for every one I sell)

Here's what happens. By buying Google Adwords labled with his name and product you are driving his Google ranking higher and more people find him. You buy his ebook and he basically tells you how to.....not make money....no....how to set yourself up (At your expense) to get more people to go and buy his crappy ebook, you get nothing....pennies if you're lucky. Your ad will bring some people to the crappy site he sold you, but it will also drive his ranking up in Google and people will find him before they do you.This is how a number of them operate.

Stay away. Too many suckers are already paying for all his advertising, don't be one of them.
